KADAR Plus was founded in 2011, in order to set some new and better standards in the area of work we do. Our primary mission is mediation in finding employment, connecting employers and unemployed persons, as well as the selection of candidates, which implies performing series of tests, and interviews with the candidates.

KADAR Plus has its own extensive record of professionally trained personnel, who have a level of education, knowledge, skills, and recommendations for the job offered by our clients – the employers. 

We are able to organize an assessment of knowledge and skills of candidates who apply directly to the employer and give recommendations, performed by our expert committee and with the assistance of our expert team, if the employer so desires, and if there is a need for it.  

In this project, we are guided by a common goal – to train personnel and direct them toward professional engagement.
