Temporary Employment
Temporary employment is a creative and successful concept of employment in the labor market. Namely, in temporary employment, KADAR Plus employs chosen candidates as its own employees, and then rents them to the client, on the basis of the Service Contract, or Business and Technical Cooperation Contract. KADAR Plus Ltd. and employees sign the employment contract, and KADAR Plus Ltd. and the client sign the service contract. Employee is then sent to work for the client.
A need for temporary employment may arise from various reasons, and the most common ones are:
- Seasonal jobs – a need for an increased number of workers in the periods when the workload is risings
- A need for additional labor to assist in regular daily tasks
- Absence of current employees from the client’s company (e.g. sick leave, annual holiday, maternity leave, etc.)
Why temporary employment?
The concept of temporary employment is profitable for the client in many ways because:
- Clauses of the Work Regulations or the Collective Labor Contract with the Client do not apply to the contracted workers
- KADAR Plus performs all tasks regarding the selection of workers
- KADAR Plus performs all administrative tasks which would normally be the client’s obligation (preparing and signing the contract, registration and payments for health, retirement and unemployment insurance, management and payment of salaries, records)
- KADAR Plus can fill vacancies fast with quality staff, thanks to our large database and quality selection
- KADAR Plus is responsible for everything appointed by the Labor and Employment Law
- The risk of absence due to sick leave, annual holiday or some other reason is reduced, because KADAR Plus bears all costs, and replaces the absent worker with another
- KADAR Plus charges the client for effective working hours of the employee, i.e. the hours the employee was really working, which represents a significant cost reduction (in addition to charging by the hour, we can apply the Administration model)
- There is a possibility of replacing the borrowed employee with another, if the client is not satisfied with the previous one
- Client is allowed to use labor in accordance with the dynamic of his/her business activities
This way, the employer transfers all his/her risks and responsibilities to KADAR Plus, and we take of the employees from this point. Thus, he/she saves significant amount of time and money.
This service may be of particular interest to those companies that keep strict records on the number of employees (the so-called Headcount) – borrowed workers are not registered as the employees of the client’s company.
